Still waiting...
Well, here we are at 38 weeks, one week to go until Christopher has to leave and go back to Minneapolis to start school. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and so far I have made NO PROGRESS whatsoever... kind of bummed about that! I was really hoping something would start happening by now. Dr. Taylor was willing to do an induction to get little Liam here before his daddy leaves as long as I was favorable for an induction - which at this point, I'm not! :o(
So... that being said, I'm eating pineapple and mango in hopes that the enzymes in them will help kick start labor. I'm also going to do some baking this afternoon to make some "Jump Start your Labor Cookies" that are spicy! Anyone know any other safe ways to help things along?
Other than that... everything is still looking good. My Group B Strep tests came back negative so I don't have to have antibiotics during labor, I'm still negative for Gestational Diabetes, I lost 3 pounds this week (the swelling I've been experiencing has been going down now that its cooler), my blood pressure was 120/70; Perfect! So it all depends now on Liam.
We're trying to coach him out and pray him out! lol

How are things now (Sept 6), any progress yet? Wow it is coming SO CLOSE, I still remember when you first announced on here you were pregnant. Time flies. Good luck with labor and delivery, looking forward to seeing pictures soon!
