Wow, time has sure flown since I posted at Thanksgiving. Christopher has once again successfuly completed his final exams and I must say, I'm EXTREMELY proud of him. He got straight A's once again! He even got 100% in an exam that NO ONE has ever gotten 100% in. INCREDIBLE!
Our trip home on Tuesday was uneventful and good. We got home just in time to see my nephew Benjamin's Christmas concert at school. It was great! The kids did an awesome job in their musical. Benjamin was a ninja. Wednesday I spent the afternoon with my mom and the evening with Mike & Jodi and mom @ their place. Thursday I saw my friend Monique and went to lunch with her and Christopher got a MUCH NEEDED haircut! Friday we went to TEAM Chiropractic and saw Gerald and Linda and mailed off all of our Christmas cards, finally!
Today we plan on going out to lunch at Baked Expectations with Jessica and Genna and then later on tonight we're heading out to Tony Romas with the gang; Jim, Mike Jackie & Quentin, Pete Tracey & Kirsten and maybe a few others. Tomorrow we're heading to Springs for church in the morning and we can hardly wait to go! We sure miss it - Celebrations is good, but NOTHING compares to Springs. In the afternoon we're heading out to MacGregor to spend time with my mom and to go to the Christmas Banquet at Bethel Church. We'll be visiting with Grandma Knox and all the Knox aunties & uncles on Monday. Tuesday is going to be a big day. Gary, Honey & Ganon fly in from San Diego California and will be spending Christmas with us here at the Notleys. I can hardly wait to see them and spend time with them.
WOW... we've been home less than 4 days and we've already done sooooooooooo much! I'm hoping next week to see Majda, Hamza & the Kids, Melissa & Darren, Leanne Jason & the Kids and all the Notley auntys and uncles too! So much to see, so much to do and before you know it, we'll be heading home for New Years and back to school.
We're planning on spending New Years Eve with our friends Chelsea & Troy - going out for sushi and watching movies. On January 2nd, I'm starting a nanny job for a couple that go to Northwestern. They have a 9 month old son named Zachary that I'll be caring for 2 days a week. I'm really looking forward to that.
Have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone! All the best to you & yours in 2007!
